Technical Specifications

The T-Scanner probe incorporates a modularized NIR spectrometric technology, developed to perform precise and efficient measurements during the probing process. Light is the medium used for measurement, allowing continuous information about grain composition to be obtained.

The optical sensor, integrated at the lower end of theT-Scanner probe, performs spectral acquisition directly as the probe travels through the grain column. The scanning process remains active throughout the entire path and is repeated on each probing, progressively adding the information obtained to a comprehensive data file.

Communication between the optical sensor and the central command console is carried out via a CAN protocol, enabling efficient and reliable transmission of the data generated during each operation.

The NIR energy signal is transmitted through specialized fiber optics, designed to ensure high-quality communication and minimize potential interference during the measurement process.

The entire operation is managed from a central command console, strategically located within the operator's reach. Its touchscreen enables simple, intuitive interaction with the system, facilitating the start, monitoring and completion of each probing process.

In this way, T-Scanner integrates optical sensor, NIR technology, data transmission and automated control into a single solution, enabling continuous scanning of the load in parallel with the normal probing process.

Part of the data incorporated into the quality measurement is the load's place of origin. This makes it possible to work on its traceability and build quality maps according to the origin of the grains.

The distinctive feature of our system, which allows measuring by probing and by section, offers the ability to detect and locate fraudulent loads, whether due to excess moisture or quality not agreed upon with the supplier.

When harvest time is pressing and trucks must be unloaded quickly and safely, T-Scanner becomes a tool for deciding which silo to send a load to. This allows grains to be classified by quality bands, achieving a commercial edge for your products.
